Teri Ann Hourihan

ARIZONA GOVERNOR, NO LABELS PARTY

I AM THE CANDIDATE THAT NO ONE ELSE IS OR IS WILLING TO BE — FOR THE PEOPLE = YOU. I AM NOT FOR THE SYSTEM THAT FAILS US BUT FOR THE PEOPLE FIRST AND FOREMOST WHO ARE HURTING IN ARIZONA. MY FOCUS IS ALL OF US. JUSTICE BY ME TAKING OFFICE FOR US ALL.

Meet Teri

Teri Ann Hourihan is a proud Arizona native, devoted mother, small business owner of an integrated health care company, and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Since becoming licensed in 2017 and earning her Ph.D. in 2018, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals, families, and communities navigate challenges and build stronger futures.

Teri entered the race for Governor with one mission: to serve the people of Arizona. Driven by her love for the state and concern for its future, she is committed to protecting families, restoring trust in government, and addressing the corruption and systemic failures that continue to harm everyday Arizonans.

“I am tired of watching the people of the state I love—including myself—be harmed by the very individuals and systems that were put in place to help us. Arizona deserves better.” — Teri

Statement

Teri chose to run as an Independent/No Labels because she believes the growing political division in our state and nation is preventing meaningful solutions and leaving too many people behind. She believes Arizona needs leadership that brings people together, not further apart, and that the needs of citizens must always come before political agendas.

Guided by honesty, integrity, accountability, and common sense, Teri is committed to making decisions based on what is best for Arizona—not what is best for political parties, special interests, or wealthy donors. While she respects differing political viewpoints, her focus remains on serving all Arizonans regardless of party affiliation.

Teri does not accept, and will not accept (ever), PAC or corporate donations. She believes that special-interest influence has become one of the greatest obstacles to effective government and that elected officials should be accountable to the people they serve—not to donors or political organizations.

As Governor, Teri will work to restore public trust by ensuring that government agencies and public servants prioritize the people first. She believes many of Arizona’s systems are no longer serving citizens as intended and that meaningful reform is necessary to protect families, strengthen communities, and improve quality of life across the state.

Her priorities include addressing the rising cost of living, implementing a universal childcare program, protecting school choice and ensuring tax payer dollars going into the education system is accounted for, securing Arizona’s water future, reducing the homelessness, removing public encampments by providing safe shelters and resources, improving the court systems for families, supporting rural communities, ensuring an effective legal immigration process, and promoting government accountability.

Above all, Teri believes leadership begins with listening. She is committed to being accessible, approachable, and accountable to the people of Arizona. Teri understands that problems cannot be solved by ignoring the voices of those most affected by them—Arizonans. Teri believes government works best when it works alongside the people. Her administration will prioritize openness, accountability, and public engagement to ensure every Arizonan has a voice in the future of their state.

No Special Interests or PACs

“I do not accept PAC, AIPAC PAC, or corporate funding or donations. I specifically mention AIPAC because I am frequently asked by voters whether my campaign accepts its financial support, and I want to answer that question directly and transparently—not because of its connection to Israel or the Jewish community. I support Israel and unequivocally oppose antisemitism. My position is about campaign money and political influence, and I apply the same standard to PACs and powerful special interests across the political spectrum. I believe too much money and outside influence in politics can cause the interests of organizations and major donors to outweigh the needs of the people elected officials are supposed to serve. As Governor, my loyalty will be to the people of Arizona, not to PACs, special interests, or big donors.”

I AM NOT BOUGHT

I am accessible to you now, and I will remain accessible to you as Governor. I am not them. What makes me different? I take no PAC money, no AIPAC money, and no special-interest money. I am not running to serve political organizations, powerful donors, or special interests. I am running to serve the people of Arizona. I want to change the culture of public service in our state—making government accessible, accountable, transparent, and responsive to the people again. Your voice should matter before Election Day, and it should matter every single day after. Not Left. Not Right. Only Forward.

My Heart is For Arizona

I rejected the No Labels Party endorsement because I stand for Arizona and not for a political party! But I do have the endorsement of the No Labels party candidates!

Teri Ann Hourihan for AZ Governor. As Governor of Arizona, I will never take for granted the opportunity to serve the people of this great state. I am not a typical politician. I am a real person from the community, working at the community level and fighting for everyday Arizonans. My focus is simple: creating positive change, restoring accountability, and putting the people of Arizona first.

And we won the primary and off to the General full throttle! Thank you everyone for continued support and lets take this home and earn this seat!

A Journey I Never Expected My story is one of pain, perseverance, and faith over the last three years. I have fought for my life, my business, my employees, my fellow providers, and the patients who depended on us. I have experienced tremendous loss, and I have watched countless others lose their livelihoods, their businesses, and their hope. I never planned to run for Governor. I simply wanted my business back and to be treated fairly by a system I believed would protect people. Instead, I saw firsthand how government decisions can profoundly impact families, employees, providers, and vulnerable patients. Every day, I have become more aware of the pain, suffering, and hardship that so many Arizonans are experiencing, and I believe our state can do better. I believe that if the people involved in my case had chosen a different path three years ago, I would not be here today. If Governor Katie Hobbs or Attorney General Kris Mayes had met with me and helped address what my business, employees, and patients were facing, my life may have taken a very different direction. But this is how I believe God works. God had a bigger plan than I could ever imagine. What I once saw as the darkest season of my life has become a calling to serve Arizona. I believe He has a purpose for our state—to restore hope, accountability, and opportunity for every Arizonan. Together, we are working harder than ever to earn your trust and your vote this November. My goal is simple: improve the quality of life for every person who calls Arizona home. I have always said I don't seek political party endorsements because I want to serve all Arizonans. I am, however, proud and grateful to be the No Labels nominee, and I am honored by everyone who has stood with this campaign. Thank you for believing in this mission. Thank you for your prayers. Thank you for fighting alongside me. Now let's keep going. November is ahead of us, and together we can save Arizona. Romans 8:31 — "If God is for us, who can be against us?"

Today, we won! 🙌🇺🇸

From the very beginning, I told Arizona, the media, my party, and everyone who would listen that I believe this campaign is a calling on my life. I ran because I could no longer stand by while so many Arizonans struggle every day. Too many families are hurting, too many small businesses are fighting to survive, and too many of the people who are supposed to help have become stuck in a broken system. This victory belongs to every person who believed we could do something different. Now it’s time for Arizona to recognize something important: we are not just a two-party state. We have five recognized political parties, and four are represented in this governor’s race. Even more importantly, Arizonans registered as Independent, No Labels, No Party Preference, and Unaffiliated together represent the largest share of registered voters in our state. It’s time to bring politics back to the center. Instead of forcing independents to choose between the two major parties, let’s build a movement strong enough that Republicans and Democrats come to the center with us. This is just the beginning. Get excited, Arizona! The movement is growing, and together we can build a government that serves all people—not just political parties. Let’s go! 🇺🇸💙

Arizona Deserves a New Direction

Arizona, we deserve to win this race together. I believe we have a real opportunity to change the direction of our state and build a future that works for everyone. Too many families are struggling, and the status quo is no longer acceptable. I am running to represent every Arizonan—not just one political party. In this movement, Republicans, Democrats, Independents, No Labels, Libertarians, and those with no party affiliation all have a seat at the table. You can be who you are without judgment. Our focus should never be the color of a political party. It should be finding real solutions to the challenges facing Arizona. Together, we can move beyond division, restore common sense, and build a stronger, more united state. Join me, and let’s win this race for Arizona.

People Over Party 🇺🇸

Political parties have never defined who I am—they’ve simply been part of my journey. The fact that I’ve changed parties over the years reflects something important: I won’t stay where my values no longer align. Today, I proudly stand as an Independent because my focus is on serving the people of Arizona, not protecting a political party. As Governor, my loyalty will always be to the people—not party leadership, partisan agendas, or political labels. I believe the best ideas can come from anyone, and real leadership means bringing people together to solve problems. The criticism doesn’t stop me. I don’t let it define me. I just keep plugging along because this campaign is about creating a better future for every Arizonan, regardless of party affiliation. Together, we can prove that people matter more than politics.

Arizona’s Changing Voter Landscape

Arizona’s voter registration continues to show a large share of voters registered outside the two major parties. According to the Arizona Secretary of State’s July 2026 voter registration statistics, Republicans account for about 35.4% of registered voters, Democrats about 28.1%, and voters registered as “Other” (which includes independents, no party preference, and other smaller affiliations) about 34.6%, while the No Labels Party has about 1.1% of registered voters. These figures reflect a significant number of Arizona voters who are not registered as either Republican or Democrat.

Thank You, Arizona! Now the Next Race Begins. 🇺🇸

I am incredibly grateful to every one of you who believed in this campaign, volunteered, donated, prayed, shared our message, and voted. Thank you for standing with me. Now we move forward to the next fight—to win the general election and build a better future for Arizona. One of the biggest differences between the primary and the general election is that the primary was a closed election, while the general election is open to all registered voters. In November, every voter will see my name on the ballot alongside the other qualified candidates, and everyone gets to choose the candidate they believe will best lead Arizona. I’m excited to get to work! Many people have asked whether I’ll be seeking large endorsements or accepting big-money contributions. My answer remains the same: I’m focused on building a grassroots campaign powered by everyday Arizonans. Under Arizona campaign finance law, individuals may contribute up to the legal contribution limits. Every contribution—large or small within those limits—helps us purchase campaign signs, reach voters across the state, and continue sharing our vision for Arizona. This movement has always been about the people, and together we can prove that a campaign built on integrity, hard work, and the support of everyday citizens can win. Let’s keep fighting together. Let’s win this race. Let’s move Arizona forward!

I Do Not Accept PAC Money

Politicians who choose to take money from major donors, billionaire-backed corporations, powerful law firms, and special interests create a serious conflict of interest. You cannot convince me otherwise. Why do governors need millions of dollars from billionaires and corporate America? The truth is, they don’t. Yet they continue to take the money, the endorsements, and the influence that comes with it. And when the time comes to make decisions that affect everyday Arizonans, too often the people are placed second behind those powerful interests. As Governor of Arizona, I will not take corporate PAC money, billionaire donations, or special-interest endorsements. My loyalty will be to the people of Arizona—not to those seeking favors, influence, or access. Arizona deserves leadership that cannot be bought. We need a government that puts families, workers, small businesses, and communities first. If you believe it’s time for real change, I ask for your prayers, your support, and your vote. Together, we can build an Arizona that works for all of us

Leading Arizona with Truth and Accountability

Teri Ann Hourihan for AZ Governor . Every day I stay in this race, I become more convinced of what’s at stake. Arizona has so much to lose if the wrong leader earns the Governor’s seat. Our state is at a crossroads. We can continue down the same path of division, waste, and failed leadership, or we can choose a new direction built on truth, accountability, and putting the people of Arizona first. As Governor, I won’t drown out the voices of everyday Arizonans—I will listen, lead, and fight for them. Real change is possible, but it requires leaders with the courage to put people above politics. Arizona deserves better, and I’m ready to lead

Simply put, as Governor I will save Families and Save Arizona! My mission is to create a government that is truly for the people and not for the government, to expose the truth, and to create a better Arizona for us all to live in. I want families to feel safe, protected, and have honest leaders. I encourage and use free speech to protect the public against dishonest practices and I stand for what is right, regardless of the consequence.
